The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have injured in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
