The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 212 of 2018/351 of 2018 arising out of Dhibra P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 307, 323, 325, 341, 342, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with other co-accused indiscriminately assaulted the brother of the informant with Lathi and Danda on the head and hand due to which he became unconscious thereafter he was brought to the hospital where he succumbed to injury. Case diary has been received.

Learned A.P.P. after looking into the case diary, has submitted that the deceased has sustained several injuries on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55950 of 2018(3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 his person. The doctor has found fracture on the right forearm as well as right side of parietal region and other parts of the person.

In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
