2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 394, 34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, three miscreants stopped the informant and at the point of pistol, they snatched his motorcycle, a mobile set, Rs. 20,000/- cash and a gold chain. The persons assemble there disclosed the names of miscreants to the informant as Prince Kumar, Prem Kumar and Tinkle Kumar (the petitioner).
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59150 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is delay of two days in lodging of the FIR. The copy of seizure list was not provided to the petitioner and one of the co-accused persons has been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is under custody since 09.06.2024.
5. A stolen motorcycle was recovered from house of the petitioner and mobile set was also recovered from his possession. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, the bail petition of the petitioner is rejected with the observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing six months under custody. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
