The petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in connection with Aadapur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no. 2 submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation against her. He also submits that the husband of the deceased is already under custody. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
