JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case under sections 467, 468, 419, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that in course of investigation of Kochas P.S. Case No.36 of 2014 dated 29.3.2014, a sum of Rs.1,67,000/- , which is alleged to be the looted amount of the said case, 3 sets of Mobile Phone, driving license and Voter ID were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is alleged that the petitioners have disclosed that a black coloured Pulsor Motor cycle which is parked in the parking area of Shiv Lodge was used by them and its registration number and all documents like driving licence and Votor ID are forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners namely Kindan Kumar Yadav @ Kundan Yadav and Anurag Yadav are directed to be released on bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.38 of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram.
