The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhariya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The headmistress of the school alleged that the petitioner after taking wine came into the school and asked the informant to put her signature and seal on a plain paper. On refusal the petitioner is alleged to have abused the informant and tried to assault her but she was saved by her staff.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nephew of the petitioner was studying in the school and scholarship was not given to him that is why the petitioner had gone to enquire. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.39579 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIth Siwan in Barhariya P.S.
