The petitioner is in custody in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.207 of 2016, a case under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury on the thigh of the informant. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 28.06.2017 in Cr. Misc. No.21426 of 2017 with direction to the learned trial judge to expedite the trial and liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail soon after framing of the charge. The impugned order reveals that the charges have been framed on 07.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62526 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Minapur P.S.
