The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has specifically stated that out of her own will, she left the house with co-accused Raushan Kumar and solemnised marriage with him and in support of the same, copy of marriage certificate has been enclosed with this petition, which is at Annexure - 3. She also disclosed her age as 20 years. Petitioners are parents of coaccused Raushan Kumar and have got clean antecedent.

No.66631 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 517 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
