The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1430C of 2012 registered under Sections 323, 406, 420, 384, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case by the complainant with oblique motive. Further submission is that it is out and out a civil dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
