JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. The informant along with his cousin Mukesh Mahto went to the inlaw's house of his daughter. Seeing the dead body of his daughter the informant proceeded to inform the police when the petitioner, co accused Nagendra and Bhajji and others being villagers of the husband of the victim made assault to the informant. Specific accusation of assault with knife is against co accused Bhajji Mahto.

No.22398 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the victim and only omnibus and general accusation is that he also assaulted. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrak P.S. Case No. 236 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
