2. This application has been filed for modification of judgment

Patna High Court MJC No.996 of 2018 dt.12-09-2018 dated 04.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16459 of 2008.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it has been advised in terms of letter No. 449 dated 14.10.2017 issued by the Deputy Collector, District Nazarat, Sitamarhi that the matter relating to the petitioners comes under the jurisdiction of Sheohar District. Learned counsel for the petitioner therefore, seeks appropriate modification in the judgment of this Court.

4. None appears on behalf of the opposite parties when the matter is called.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and on consideration of the materials on record, let para 6 of the judgment dated 04.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 16459 of 2008 be treated as modified only to the extent that the sentence therein "The petitioners shall also be at liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi with appropriate representation" be read as "The petitioners shall also be at liberty to approach the District Magistrate Sheohar with appropriate representation".

6. MJC No. 996 of 2018 stands disposed of.
