ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.3 as well as learned counsel for O.P. No.2 and the State.

On the last occasion, this Court had directed that the petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.3 to be personally present in Court, so that the situation could be re-assessed for passing further orders.

It appears from the statement made before this Court that both the parties are living happily and the baby, which has been born, is being taken care of by the father, the present petitioner. Thus, the earlier interim order passed in favour of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26707 of 2016 (9) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner stands confirmed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateX, Gaya, in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No.20 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
