2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27, 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act of the Arms Act.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that accused persons along with other 4 unknown persons committed murder of mother of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the entire F.I.R., neither petitioner has been named nor any suspicion has been raised against him. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except confessional

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

Considering the aforesaid facts and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I , Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.
