The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 22(1)(2) & 23 of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994. The Civil Surgeon filed a complaint case alleging therein that the petitioner was not running the ultrasound clinic in accordance with rules, but no details as regards the infraction of the rules have been stated in the complaint case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
