The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.261 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55825 of 2022(6) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.261 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
