2. Report regarding present stage of trial has not been received by the Court below.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 188 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238, 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized one year before the occurrence. The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased and has cremated the dead body.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
