The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 436, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Nagendra Singh came at the house of the informant, abused her and asked to vacate the premise since it was sold to him by the petitioner being fatherin-law of the informant, on protest being made, co-accused Nagendra Singh assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and put her house on fire.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22552 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 accused Nagendra Singh, the accusation has been levelled. The accusation of litting fire to the house of the informant is against co-accused Nagendra Singh and the petitioner is an aged person. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
