2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, he has resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Alawalpur. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition pointing out from paragraph 12 of the petition that the petitioner received salary and retained his salary of the Panchayat Teacher after getting appointment on the basis of forged certificate. Moreover, it transpires from paragraph 174 of the case diary that processes under Sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been issued against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
