Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 84119 of 2024 and the same was rejected by an order dated 19-4-2025 after recording the allegations and considering the case on merits in detail. 3.

The Court has gone through the order dated 19-42025 in Cr. Misc No. 84119 of 2024 and finds that allegations are serious and in the event if privilege of bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner may abscond, on which the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54960 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
