JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was twice dismissed firstly vide order dated 26.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47124 of 2018 and secondly vide order dated 07.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47124 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 650 grams of smack.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been in judicial custody since 03.04.2018 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is recovery of commercial quantity of smack, as such, I am not inclined to
