The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/ 376/34 of IPC and 3/4/5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act & 3⁄4 of the Railway Property Unlawful Possession Act and 5 of the Bihar Money Lender's Act, 1974.

It is submitted that the petitioner was not running the brothel house in the railway quarter. He was merely a customer having fair antecedent.

It is also submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, co-accused Manoj Singh has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50202 of 2014.

No.45509 of 2014 (2) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S. D. J. M., Munger/court concerned in G. R. No. 2028 of 2014 arising out of Jamalpur P. S. Case No. 127 of 2014 with following conditions:-

1. The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
