Learned counsel for the State has assisted the Court and submitted that materials have been brought on record in the show cause filed on 09.08.2018, after service of copy on 07.08.2018 on learned counsel for the petitioner and thereafter supplementary show cause has also been filed on 01.10.2018 after service of copy of the same on learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.707 of 2018 dt.28-11-2018 2/2 on 28.09.2018 which show that the order of the Writ Court dated 31.10.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 14681 of 2016 stands complied with.

3. In view of the fact that nobody is appearing to press the application and also there is no rejoinder to the show cause and supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the authorities, the Court finds that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.
