Considering the totality of the fact situation including the case diary, the Court is of the view this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application is accordingly rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the Court below is directed to dispose of the bail application on the same day without being influenced by the order passed in the present case.
