The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.4.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 40907 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. It has been more than seven months since passing of the said order. The petitioner is in custody since 16.6.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration facts of the case together with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67084 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 liberty granted to the petitioner by the aforesaid order of rejection dated 28.4.2021, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case no. 166 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.
