The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 315 of 2014 registered under Sections-376, 493/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the informant established physical relationship with the petitioner five years ago and gave birth to a child, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22789 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 315 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
