JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged victim is major and the petitioner is ready to marry the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on provisional bail for a period of eight weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti (Shanichari) P.S.Case No. 121 of 2022.

After the marriage, the couple will appear before the
