2. This may be a hard case for the petitioner but the fact remains that the reliefs which are being prayed by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. He is seeking a direction commanding the respondent authorities not to debar him from pursuing MBBS (Degree Course) as he has qualified NEET-2019 under category DQ in NMCH, Patna but was not enrolled because he had been declared unfit by the Medical Officer, PMCH, Patna.

3. The matter being that of the admission in the medical course on the basis of the NEET-2019, no direction may be issued at this stage after four years.

4. This writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
