From the report, it transpires that the Court is vacant. Before transmission of the report, the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram should have seen that in spite of having case closed before charge, further development has been held up on account of transfer of the P.O. That being so, the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to immediately transfer the record and further, the learned lower Court on appearance of the accused persons will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
