2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 321/2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 353, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55947 of 2023. Further he submits that petitioner has otherwise no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 321/2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
