Abhanjali, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that instructions have been withdrawn and the appellant has expressed his desire to engage another counsel. No other counsel has put in appearance before us. The learned Advocate General for the respondent no.2-Corporation submits that the learned Single Judge has passed an order directing for passing a fresh order in relation to the black-listing of the appellant. According to him, a fresh order has already been passed after the judgement of the learned Single Judge and the same has been assailed by the appellant in C.W.J.C. No.16676 of 2018.
