JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nityanand, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 against the order dated 14.04.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.446 of 2013. By the said order, the learned Magistrate has framed charge under Sections 365, 354 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

The Court is of the opinion that this Court may not conduct mini trial. After exhausting the procedure relating to discharge after charge is framed. Thereafter same order may not be assailed.
