In view of the averment made in the paragraph no. 4 of the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 26813 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 4.

Two weeks' further time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 03.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26813 of 2024.
