The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are of course named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against them. Chandan Sah alleged to have assaulted Rajesh and his family. Shankar Sah and Ram
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23433 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Pravesh Sah are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his son. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 43/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
