The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.56 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to high handedness of police and on account of suspicion. He is in custody since 04.03.2019.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

There are 18 cases against the petitioner and he seems

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52091 of 2019(5) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 to be a habitual offender. All cases are of serious nature. In such circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
