The petitioner has filed this petition for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 07.02.2017, passed in CWJC No.17482 of 2008. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was dismissed from service and this Court vide aforesaid order set aside the order of dismissal but remitted the case to the disciplinary authority to proceed further afresh in
Patna High Court MJC No.363 of 2018(5) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 accordance with law.
The learned counsel for the State filed show-cause and submitted that the dismissal of the petitioner has already been withdrawn and the case is pending before the disciplinary authority.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I do not find that the order of this Court has been violated. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
