The learned counsel for the B.S.F.C. has pointed out that the petitioner should file a fresh bill and its supporting documents before the Managing Director and in turn the Managing Director would take concrete step with regard to the payment of the said bill, also would make proper reconciliation of the accounts of the petitioner vis-a-vis the accounts of B.S.F.C. and if any extra amount is to be made, it will be paid
Patna High Court MJC No.138 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 within a further period of three weeks vice-versa, in the same term, the petitioner will also make payment if any amount is to be paid by the petitioner.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
