2. Mr. Bindhyachal Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, informs this Court that a banker's copy of P.P.O. will be issued to the Bank inspite of the fact that P.P.O along with the banker's copy has already been communicated to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.12147 of 2023(4) dt.31-10-2023 2/2 Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur.
3. The information as given before this Court suggests that the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur, must forthwith send advise to the bank to credit the entire amount of the pension within one or two days including the banker's copy immediately issued by the office of the Accountant General, Bihar.
4. At this stage, Mr. Apurv Harsh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India and Mr. Bindhyachal Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, submit that this writ petition be disposed of as they will advise their respective client to act upon and redress the grievance of the petitioner by crediting the entire amount of the pension and gratuity into the bank account of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India and learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, this writ application, stands disposed of. (Purnendu Singh, J) S.Ali/- U
