The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No.766 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Bihar Examination Control Act, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur. Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner has put another person in his place to appear at the examination, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The miscellaneous application is, accordingly, dismissed.
