JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting 17-years-old-daughter of the informant though it is alleged that the victim went missing with gold chain and cash of rupees ten thousand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are unmarried and married sisters of Ravi Kumar who also went traceless from the alleged date of occurrence and the father of the petitioners filed informatory petition before the Sr. S.P., Bhagalpur about the missing of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23852 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 brother of the petitioners.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Ravi Kumar and the petitioners being lady, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishak Chak P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
