2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 304B, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of further dowry demand.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He submitted that when the father of the deceased (informant)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60085 of 2024(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 came to know the real fact about the death of his daughter, he has filed a compromise petition in the Court below. As a matter of fact, the deceased was suffering from abdominal disease and she died during course of treatment. Petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed by the Court below.
