The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/ 148/149/341/323/325/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is allegation in the First Information Report yet similar allegation has been made against one Ravi Kumar @ Sonu Kumar @ Sonu who has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4895 of 2016.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner's case stands on the similar footing, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4531 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 P2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. No. 191 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
