2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 150 liters of country-made Mahua liquor was recovered from an open place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, recovery has been made from an open place and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum- Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. -I, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Salaiya P.S.
