JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the North Bihar Power Distribution Company. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed an agent for collecting the revenue on behalf of North Bihar Power Distribution Company when the petitioner failed to give accounts of the collected revenue. It is submitted by Mr. Ojha learned counsel for the North Bihar Power Distribution Company that now the petitioner has given the accounts of the collected revenue.
