The application seeks restoration of CWJC No. 19786 of 2011 to its original file and number after recall of the order dated 24.09.2015 whereby the said application was dismissed for non prosecution.

On a consideration of the statements made in the application and submissions made in support thereof, the same is allowed. The order dated 24.09.2015 is recalled and the case is restored to its original file and number subject to deposit of a cost of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court, legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within 10 days.
