The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the brother of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 12.05.2014, the complaint was filed on 29.05.2014 which came to register as P.S. Case on 22.06.2014.
Considering 164 Cr.P.C. statement wherein the victim supported the accusation of kidnapping and named the petitioners, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17548 of 2015 (2) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul keeping in view of the fact that other co-accused have been granted regular bail.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
