ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mohania P.S. case No.291 of 2012 arising out of S.T. No.93 of 2013/2 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Adhoc F.T.C. 1st, Kaimur, Bhabhua.

The Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case is at the stage of argument.

In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
