This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected along with the co- accused Manoj Kumar on 19.04.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 17936 of 2017 . In this case, by order dated 10.11.2017 a report from the court below regarding the stage of the case was called for, which has been received and kept at flag "X". The report contained in letter no. 537 dated 16.11.2017 under the signature of A.D.J.-I, Gaya indicates that out of four charge -sheet witnesses, three witnesses have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53014 of 2017(3) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 already been examined and evidence is continuing. Considering the facts and circumstances, there is no reason to review my earlier order.
