The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Brij Nandan Rai @ Brij Nandan Ray has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56019 of 2022.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56110 of 2022(2) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
