The petitioners being the unmarried sister and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as per own admission of the informant the marriage was performed on 11.05.2006 and the victim died on 20.02.2014 hence no offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code is made out. Accusation is omnibus
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23838 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 and general and the victim died during treatment. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
