Petitioner along with others was found engaged in selling duplicate Pudin Hara whereupon, the representative of Dabar India filed this case. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.10.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Birju Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S.
